FAQ:

Tulip bulbs. Why do we ask you to pull the tulip up, bulb and all, then cut it off at check out?
Tulips that are bred for cut flowers do not reliably bloom year after year. What might even be worse is that they do shoot up green leaves in consecutive years, but no bloom, which is unsightly and can also be harmful to pets.
BUT, if you’d like to take your bulbs home and give it a whirl, just say the word. We’re not here to crush your dreams! (If you do this, you would need to store them and plant in the fall!)

Expectation. We are small scale around here…small scale flower farm, small scale petting zoo and small scale employees (). Our tulip you-picks are a definite favorite, but tulips are not our primary crop so please don’t expect the looks of Holland here.

Our tulips are first come, first serve…

Sundays are family days. We won’t be having you-picks on those days.

Admission is free, with tulips priced at $2.50 per stem or 10 for $20. To prevent street congestion, please drive all the way to the end of our long driveway. We accept cash, all electronic payment methods, and credit cards, but cash is preferred.
